Own Your Labs is committed to protecting your personal information.

We operate in accordance with the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPAA) and applicable privacy regulations to safeguard your health information. We do not sell your personal contact information (such as name, email, or phone) to third parties for marketing or any other purpose, and we do not share any personally identifiable information without your express consent, except as required by law or as necessary to provide our services (e.g., lab processing).

We honor Global Privacy Control (GPC) and Do Not Track (DNT) browser signals. When your browser sends Sec-GPC: 1 or DNT: 1, we do not load third-party advertising or analytics tags, and we do not share your activity with advertising platforms. We still keep first-party records needed to operate the site (for example, fulfilling an order).

You may request your results at any time. Your completed lab results will be made available to you in your personal portal.

We do not retain your full credit card information. Payment processing is handled by secure third-party processors; we do not store card numbers on our systems.
